POLYSIL™
Polysil™ coatings have been designed to confer
to the gel coat metal parts and other sub-layers
the following properties: resistance to
corrosion, chemical resistance, hardness and
resistance to metal oxidation. Above all, these
coating provide a dirt proof treatment for
surfaces that repels dirt in general and does
not allow it to stick to the surface. The
coatings confer properties that guarantee a
longer average life and greater reliability,
thus reducing the need for spare parts and
reducing to a minimum the periods of inactivity
for cleaning and repairs.
With Polysil™, we increase the life of surfaces,
reduce the consumption of cleaning product and
the replacement of parts due to general
deterioration.
This not only entails less general costs but
also the conservation of the environment through
energy saving; it is eco-friendly because
coatings made with our Polysil™ significantly
increase the life of parts and equipment
therefore reduce the energy necessary for the
production of new spare parts and for cleaning.
The longer life of old parts coated with our
products and the reduced amount of repairs
significantly reduce the production of scrap
material: this is another advantage.
Our conservation activity is supported by the
use of detergents totally of natural origin.
Polysil™ can be used to protect different types
of surfaces reducing maintenance costs and
increasing process life and performance.
We continuously obtain important results with
the protective action of Polysil™; one of these
is the restoration of the original surface and
treatment of the surface with Polysil™ repellent
